I drove from Vancouver to Ottawa, and picked up a stone chip, which turned into a major crack on my Rav4. Arranged a replacement, through Orleans Toyota with Precision Auto Glass. This is where I met Martin. He showed me the process that he was going to do for replacing my windshield. I didn’t realize that there was so much “techie” stuff in windshields today. Amazing service. Called yesterday and by 9am he was at my office. Swapped in broken passenger window and cleaned up the glass from the vandalism. I didn’t even have to step outside… oh and he repaired a chip in my windshield. I would recommend thier services to anyone with a broken windshield or auto glass. I had the misfortune of a rock cracking my window for the 2nd time in 6 months from one end to the other just like that !! Wow I said now this is a SOB!! So I surfed Google and found Precision. Though I would call and see if I could possibly get a windshield installed next day ( haha ) and not at so crazy rate like VW quoted me. Well wouldn’t ya know it…,they were onsite the following day at my office via Mobile and changed my windshield right on the spot for a way more reasonable rate than quoted by others as I had done some inquiries. The guys took the time to explain to me the steps and show me the workman ship required to ensure the work is done at the highest quality and safety is not compromises.
